Beautiful, but not my thing.  I'm one of those " no lace, please" people.

I can appreciate it on others though.

That first dress is stunning. Makes me want to have another wedding (to same man) just so I can wear that dress. I did not do it up "big" for our wedding as we both had graduate school loans to pay off. Not sorry I didn't do the big, white wedding ... but that dress makes me sigh.

Alas ... now I wouldn't do it because it's all about retirement funds. Ain't it always something?

The Dolly dress is magnificent, the workmanship superb.  Conflicted about the cape.  I think my choice would be to have it made as a veil.

It is beautiful in it's own right but not something I would personally select for myself.  A lot of work went into the dress and cape.

Wow.  Stunning.  Both gowns are show-stoppers. 

The model has the perfect bod for these gowns and can carry them off.

So beautiful. 

I adore soutache, but had never heard of it when I bought my wedding dress in 1972 (marriage ended, dress now gone )

However, I looked lovely in it at 20! 

It was a long, sheath dress with a ballet neckline.  It had been a sample, and I only paid $50 for it if you can imagine. 

Wish now I had kept the dress, although I'd have never worn it again.
