6 months ago the batteries on my bathroom scale died. So what did I do? I ate chocolate everyday! Why replace the batteries? If I ate chocolate, then I wouldn't know what they are doing to me.

Darn hubby replaced the batteries this week! I got on the scale! Why did I eat all those cookies, chocolate, ice cream and pizza??? Why ask why? I knew I was gaining weight, my pants got tighter, they didn't shrink!

Back to eating normal again.....I'm a rabbit eating salad.

Same here, back to being a rabbit, along with baked chicken and fish. Blah! Spring is coming, so that is an incentive - more skin showing. It feels so good to try on those smaller sizes in such cute new styles and they fit !! Not to mention the health benefits from our loss!

Soon , will be easier to lose those stubborn lbs with being outside in nicer weather , thus being more active. We can do this ! ${#emotions_dlg.thumbup1}$

I'm right there with you Lori! I have been having a hard time losing the weight I gained over November and December. I didn't gain weight in January but I didn't lose any either. I'm hoping to turn that around this month.
