My FAVORITE time of year was "back to school season" when I got new school supplies, a new backpack, a new lunchbox, and new clothes. Growing up, we had quality shoes, so we had usually one "school pair" and a fancier pair for church, plus tennis shoes. I didn't grow a ton past middle school, but I always got new pieces to start off the year. I was very particular about my school supplies (the lists weren't so crazy back then, so kids had more choices with their selections).
What school clothes did you get to start the school year, or if you have kids, what wardrobe items do you get them to start each school year?
