Have you tried using liquid fabrice softener?

You could just soak those bras in the sink with a bit of it and some warm water.

My breezie bra fits me great but I also have the problem in the back as well

I don't recall it being scratchy but I did not like all the padding when I picked one up a few years ago. I've been buying Bali at Target for around $15! No lace no seams full coverage and I love them. While I enjoy the look of a cute sexy lacy bra they never feel very good

I bought Breezies Bras for years, and never, ever had an itchy/scratchy. I haven't bought any recently because I've found that the Balis that were sold at the Q a year or so ago were a better choice for me

And no itchy/scratchy with them either.

Yes, yes, yes! I itched at the shoulder straps and the back.  Donated it.  Was miserable all day scratching.

Breezies don't work for me because they are ill-fitting.

But, I know what you are talking about.  I recently purchased 3 Hanes Comfortflex Wirefree bras from Hanes.com.   They are horrible.  They have the pouch in them to slip in an enhancer but there is nothing in the description that says they have this.  That pouch is made of mesh and is so itchy and scratchy I cannot stand it. 

My bad I waited too long to return them so now I'm just going to put them in the donation bag.  2 of them have never been worn.

Yes, the two that I bought when they were a TSV, are itchy and scratchy.  Plus, the lace inserts on the sides are scratchy and I poked through that lace when I was taking the bra off - after a long, hot day - the bra was sticking to me.
