BMak Gray or Black? Opinions?

Hi. I've ordered a handbag (not yet shipped). I'm torn between the gray and black. Sometimes, i feel black looks harsh (in the spring/summer) and I want this bag to be all year. It's the crossbody w/fringe. Your thoughts opinions would be great. Does gray limit me in any way if I should change my order? I notice the black sells out all of the time, so obviously this is the more popular color. TIA!
