Arrgh here I go again.

I got a wrong order from them back in August, 5 pairs of panties instead of my 100+ order, I returned the order and it got waylaied in my area, it took me 5 weeks to get my refund.

Well it happened again, I ordered 5 items and only three, 2 pairs of black jeans were not in the order.

I have to wait until Monday to call them since their weekend crew is useless.

I swore I would never order from them again and now I am going to stand by my guns.

I am livid to say the least.

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive what could go right.

I used to love Avenue. The clothes were attractive, the prices weren't bad and there was a store about 20 miles from me. Then, about 5 years or so ago, their products seemed to change. It seemed to me like they suddenly were marketing to teens and young adults exclusively.

I'm 65 years old and I don't care to have all of my tops cut down to where "the girls" are half hanging out. The quality of the clothes also doesn't seem to be there anymore. Now they are having problems shipping the correct items to buyers. I haven't bought anything from them for several years and seriously doubt if I ever will again.

I walked into one of their stores once - it was near my Trader Joe's at the time.

I walked out without spending a dime. Certainly won't waste time trying them online given my experience and that of OP.

I've had similar, if not worse, problems with Ulla Popken. They never get anything right.

They were having a financial dip and they are just coming out of it. I used to order a ton of clothes which were so well made and all orders were perfect. I think they also went through a change of ownership. I was just about to start ordering again. Sorry to hear they are mixing up the orders. I can also see they are narrowing their line to appeal to younger plus size women. The clothes I bought from them in the past were exceptional quality, and I still have every piece.
