I am a long time customer and have watched with great interest over the years at the designers. Susan Graver is like everyones' little sister...sweet, kind and of course,very talented.

Last night, (11pm? 4/24/2011) I watched her presentation and was absolutely appalled at the outburst from your host. She literally yelled at Susan - then slapped her hand (my guess she realized all to late that she messed up) and tried to make a joke. Susan was very gracious and made light of that outburst. I thought the person was totally out of line - she talked over Susan constantly during the presentation. I don't know her (the host) name - but believe me, it is a face I won't forget. Put her in a warehouse and let her "work" for living and feel certain her attitude will change.
