I think for some of us "style" means clothing not so much beauty items.

I put several DG items into my "favorites" list and will wait hopefully for a lower price.  Switch the channel when Philosophy comes on.

I can't stand when the Q spends so much time on beauty products when they have an entire channel devoted to beauty!  You're right, style means style...I have never watched the beauty channel, because I don't buy those products on line, however, do they also show fashion on the beauty channel?  I turn the channel when those beauty products come on...I'll go to HSN or Evine...
or turn off the TV altogether..

I don't watch beauty shows, in fact I don't even watch much of QVC. But, I do know I don't get the Beauty Channel with my cable provider. I do get QVC2.

I don't think everyone gets the Beauty channel so they also push it on the regular channel.
