Love it!!  I would wear a contrasting color long sleeve light weight shirt under it for arm cover. Or, if I could find it, a similar matching color to the sweater. I see it as a creative work of clothing art.  Btw, I love ponchos of all types!! My closet runneth over!Smiley Happy

It's a no for me, my same tired old reason, all that fabric flopping around. And, I don't see it as a turtleneck at all.

I'm wondering where the "turtleneck" is!

 

Looks rather easy to reverse engineer.

 

Not a fan of the color - but I could see myself wearing this as a poncho/ruana hybrid over a leather jacket in the Fall when the weather is changing - cooler morning and evenings.
