This is truly amazing. As someone that works in the bridal industry, I have seen a huge lack of plus-sized options in bridal gowns. In stores, there is only a small selection of dresses sized 18 and up sampled and most designers only offer dresses up to a size 24-28. With the average size of the American woman being a size 16-18 and 68% being a size 14 or more, there needs to be more plus-sized options available in the fashion industry. I love how Ashley Graham, a plus-sized model, is launching this size-inclusive line. As a plus-size model, she is able to accurately represent the fit and structure needs of plus-sized women so that the line satisfies the target market.
