I usually shop "as is" on free shopping days. I enter my size and look at designers I like. When I findsomething
thats a good buy that I'm I'm interested in and is indicated as available I put in the cart and attempt to purchase. Without fail, as I proceed I get a message saying , sorry you just missed it sold out. This is on every item that has bee shown to be still available. This is going on for awhile. I spoke to customer service about this in the past and it is yet to be corrected. Very frustrating

Yes, I agree @Goflorida . It seems it occurs most often with As Is items. I'm not exactly sure why but it becomes so annoying you pretty much give up on shopping.
It becomes a deterrent for people who are ready to shop. They really need to fix this. I also find HSN can be annoying. Although it clearly states the item is SOLD OUT on the page, I'm not sure why they don't remove it since you sometimes have to skip several pages to get to items available. And it's not because the items JUST sold out. These items are listed for weeks.

Me too, same message for weeks & it is frustrating, I try everyday to purchase 3 As Is items...maybe there's a problem processing returns or they're SO & not removed, hope it gets fixed soon.

Same here. I have been trying to purchase an Issac Mizrahi As Is sweater for a week. Shows available and the last step message says This Just Sold Out. It is annoying.

Same. I've recently noticed it even more than usual. Maybe it's because the "as is" inventory is low to begin with and they can't figure out a way to keep it updated if people are shopping a lot... I don't know... it is annoying, though.

@Goflorida, agree. Today I deleted four items off my Wish List. Same items I tried to purchase last free shipping day. Time for me to take a break from shopping.

I rarely check as is items but have found the problem to be prevalent with any other than brand new items. It's like QVC is low on merchandise but wants someone to think it's business as usual. Hmmm.

Yep; very annoying and time wasting.
Whomever runs their IT Department needs to be replaced by someone competent. Their website has more issues than any other website I frequent. No excuse in this day and age.

I've been having the same issue with as is products today. Always the same thing, sorry this item is sold out. It does get to be frustrating after a while.
