Are capri pants outdated? - Page 5

I see every length and every kind of pant is being worn: capri, Bermuda, shorts, skorts, pedal pushers, wide bottoms, skinny pants, jeggings, leggings, beach pants, maxi dresses. Still lots of very casual cargo pant knee shorts for both men & women. Anything goes. I'm in the South....

The ones I wear daily fall below the largest part of the calf. According to that diagram, they are not in the "danger zone". I always called them capri's.

From what I see what I call ankle pants have been more popular the last few years. I think they are more on trend at the moment.

Hi @persiflage . Exactly what some young women in Bloomingdales told me who assisted me today. I bought a pair of ankle pants today and I felt a lot more comfortable in them. 🙂

@Trinity11 I have never cared for capris or crops (mid calf). I love an ankle pant. I am 5'6" with slim legs and I just don't think they're very flattering. If you like the way you look in them then you should continue to wear them. I don't think they're out of style. I see plenty of women wearing them when I'm out and about.
