No.  They are not out of style.  Actually, there are quite a few iterations of them this spring/summer.  Smocking is out there too.  Sometimes paired with the bell sleeve.

Seems the emphasis has flipped where now there's more volume at the top of the sleeve and tapers towards the bottom...the "Juliet" sleeve.

Bell sleeves are bulky and were always in the way!

I've only had one silk blouse with those sleeves and after two wears took it to my seamstress. She tailored the sleeves into regular shaped sleeves. The blouse is comfortable to wear, doesn't get in the way or become dirty, and will be in my closet for a much longer time. Such an easy and simple decision to update a blouse.

During Covid the majority of my purchases were from Lunchtime Specials.  I had no one to impress sitting around the house for two years.  But I still love most of these tops, bell sleeves and all.

I don't see any bell sleeves or cold shoulder tops in the stores. Sleeve detail is big this season though, pleats, puff, lace etc.

@Squirrel Lover Sounds like the 1 i have.actually i have 2.A cream color 1 and a army green 1.I dont wear them anymore,because they seem to make me itchy

I still see bell sleeves being offered on Macy's website and they

are not clearance items.

OK....thanks @Enufstuff .  I don't get so hung up on what's on trend at my age.  I do like some trends and some I don't bother with.  I am much more trend concious with shoes though.......

That's an excuse for me to buy new pairs every season.  Shhhhhhh. I wasn't supposed tell anybody.

Vince Camuto has a couple of styles with lots of colors and patterns.  Don't know if it was from last year or this year.  Some of the bell sleeves seem to be 3/4 while others may be longer.

We should wear what we like.  One key to happiness!
