I bought this aran sweater today, fell in love and had to have it. $70. It's made in Ireland by Inis Crafts. Maybe that's really Aran Crafts. Has the one button then the rest is open, I love that style. My purple one from the Q is open as well.

TJ Maxx has been selling aran sweaters for many years. I just got a grey handbag and I think it will look pretty with this sweater. It's variegated with the color flecks, I've always wanted one like that.

This is my new bag, Rebecca Minkoff. Have always wanted a Minkoff, got it from Bloomingdales for 160 with tax. It's a $350 bag. It arrived today and I am so in love. It's nubuck leather.

About 40 years ago I purchased an irish fisherman's sweater in Ireland. It was gorgeous and warm - too warm for me once I started into menopause and my stepdaughter asked if she could have it , so I sent it to England. That was about 15 years ago and as far as I know she still is wearing it. These are the very best sweaters and last just about a whole adult lifetime with gentle care.They never go out of style either.
