I hope it will go on, but if not, it's understandable at this time. In the Jewish religion, we sit "shiva" for 7 days after the funeral where the family receives visitors and mourns over the loss before moving forward. So perhaps out of respect for family and colleagues, they may reschedule.

I called. 1 800 345 1515. It is going on as scheduled. Why wouldn't it? There is inventory and the show must go on, true? She loved her products, loved QVC and her customers, so why wouldn't it go on?

although I don't know the specific answer, I have seen that there are a lot of Joan's items in the new arrivals for fall fashion fest. If they are already done, I imagine that someone will be there to represent her company, even though she is gone.

It won't be the same w/o here there, but I'm sure that Joan would say "the show must go on". She was like that and I hope that her line goes on at least while what she already designed and planned is available. If a decision not to continue on is made after that, well, it would be understandable.

panz-thank you for starting this thread! I too am wondering about the Sept 12th shows. I received a Joan Rivers show reminder email 2 days ago from QVC which perhaps indicates there will be at least 1 show. I think it would be great for all her fans if the show was still on. Hope to find updates here as we learn of them.

Yes, there are new Joan Rivers items for the Sept 12th shows. Look at the Q website and you can select "new" on the Joan home page to have the new items listed 1st. I remember seeing a new necklace and several new apparel items on the website - available to purchase. Godfreak posted 2 new Joan jackets a couple days ago. One is a chanel inspired quilted leather jacket which I must have ;-)
