Anyone having problems navigating in the QVC Community (slow...)?

I've been having problems signing on to the QVC Community, posting a new discussion, navigating between the menus within the Community, and doing searches. Everything takes several minutes, and sometimes just "hangs up". I don't have this problem with other websites -- only QVC. I also sometimes have the same problem doing searches on QVC.com. Sometimes I also get an "oops" when I do a search. I called Customer Service, and the person I spoke with said she'd email the IT team. I just wondered if I'm the only one having this problem.
