Anyone have any experience with fruugo.com?

I'm looking to purchase some items from a UK retailer that does not ship outside of the UK. Found some of these items (from Heathcote + Ivory) on fruugo.com but read some crummy (but years old) fruugo reviews online, mostly about poor customer service. Has anyone used this platform?
