I just changed the channel and I love that top that she is wearing, anyone know which designer she's wearing? Is it a dress, summer sweater or a long dress?

HSN is good about listing what the hosts are wearing...checking... No dress; just her makeup & watch listed.

Her dress reminds me of that recent thread with the discussion about what to wear under a sheer maxi. I don't know if Colleen is wearing a slip or if the dress is lined but the look is very appropriate. Love it!

I just called their customer service to inquire about her dress, it's not sold on HSN.

ETA: It's either from a line called Jen's Pirate Booty or it's BCBG. The last time Colleen posted a picture of herself in this dress, someone asked on her FB page and she said it was JPB. Now she answered someone who asked about it last night and she said it's BCBG.

I agree with Cat from TN. I thought it looked like a bathing suit cover-up. I thought it was really pretty but not a dress I would wear out and about.
