Please excuse my delays to your wonderful post. That recipe is a definite keeper. Most requested amongst family and friends. My favorite cheese combo is Muenster, Fontina & Gouda topped off by just a 1/4 cup of either sharp White Cheddar or Smoked Mozzerella.
