i did purchase this.  i bought a 'S".   fit fine.  i can be a XXS or XS or S in QVC clothes. 

your best bet is to follow the garment measurements. 

i don't listen to them when they say what size to buy b/c there is so much variation in all the brands. 

top is very well made.  i have not worn it yet. i bought the yellow multi, so for me it would be a Fall/Winter blouse.

I don't see any confusion in what @hkrgrl wrote.

She bought a Small. It fit fine. She can wear anything from a XXSmall to a Small in QVC sizing. It's best to go by each specific garment's measurements.

I bought a similar shirt from Nic and Zoe on Amazon. I bought in a petite M which is my brick and mortar size. I might have been able to go down a size, but it is supposed to be flowy. The highest button was very low and I had to add a snap.
