I think I posted this a year or so ago and was pummeled, but I'll try again- LOL. For years, I couldn't wear Toms shoes, my foot was too wide, but now I can. I love them. I have a very casual lifestyle and don't have tons of shoes, compared to some people. Just one pair of black "dress" shoes and another pair I can wear with navy, clogs that I wear all winter, my Birkenstocks and my Toms. And a few pairs of tennis shoe like mules.   I have several pairs of Toms.

I just got these two pairs today. I love them both.

I've never tried Toms but I think they look cute and springy!

Yes, I like Toms and like what they do.  However, I wait until they pop up on zulily, they are much cheaper then. Smiley Wink

I've gotten a bunch from Zulily but they're very cheaply made, almost like disposable, one-use shoes.  I wouldn't dare get them wet or wear if I'd be walking much.

I have some some that are going on their 3rd year, but I definitely baby them. I don't wear them in the rain and, as you said, not when I'm walking a lot. I need something with more support when I'm walking a lot. But for running into the grocery store or Target or other errands, eating lunch out and stuff, they're fine.

I have the two styles pictured. I like them-- they're light and comfortable. The concept of the company donating a new pair to a poor child, for every pair sold, is great.

I love their desert wedges! I own one pair in suede and it is unbelievably comfortable on my feet. They look nice too.
