Anthropology Has Worst CS

For the last three days I've been on the phone several times on hold forever, sent messages on FB, and requested a live chat and had to leave my email and phone number and not one response.  First time ordering and definitely last.

ALL stores are on a skeleton crew right now because of the virus.  Everyone everywhere has a wait including unemployment.  It was hard over a month to get in because the server was overloaded.

 

Believe me, working in retail, every sale is well appreciated.  Those that do work are over worked.
