Ike?  I've never heard him called that.  He doesn't seem like an "Ike."

It's an endearing derivative of Isaac. Plus I heard him mention it one time years ago! LOL 

My cousin was an Ikey but when he grew up we weren't allowed to call him that anymore 😄
