Yesterday I sent a return to Lord and Taylor and one to QVC, both were sent by UPS and arrived this morning.

At noon I received an email from Lord and Taylor that my return had arrived and an hour later I had my money back in my account.

It will take at least two weeks to get my QVC return back

We can only wish that QVC was as speedy and customer oriented as other companies

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive what could go right.

Re: Another tale of two returns

Can you imagine the interest alone the Q gets from holding our money until all the transactions are complete! Also, all the money they make on return postage, you know they get a huge break with S&H because of the tremendous amount of volume.

And don't forget all that money QVC makes from charging us for the return postage label that we didn't use!
