Yes she was definitely el-prego at the time @Shanus .  She must keep all her dresses.  Maybe she kept them for her daughters.

I think it's amazing that this dress is still in style this many years later.  She definitely got her money worth of that dress. LOL

My guess is it's not a maternity dress.  It's a regular dress and she just went up in size.

Versace made this dress for her for the 1998 Oscars red carpet. sorry not sorry it looks like a home-ec project

On Thursday, January 14, the 57-year-old posted a side-by-side pic of her and her 22-year-old wearing a blue Versace gown. “I was 6 1/2 months pregnant with @delilahbelle we were going to the 1998 #Oscars and @phillipbloch had @versace make me this dress! ,” she wrote in the accompanying caption. “Here Delilah wears the dress I was pregnant with her in! Can you Believe?!”

To me, it looks as though Delilah is just trying the dress on in the photo, from the background, the fact that it looks as though you can see her bra on the back, and condition of the dress (pretty wrinkly).
