I like ankle pants but only with a high heel and then I feel a little naughty lol  (Naughty was the word  I thought might pass the censor!)

Anything cropped, ankle length in a slim leg are not my favorite looks.  I'm short and the cut off makes me look shorter.  I don't wear Bermudas for this very reason.

I am tall and do not like the high water look.  I think you also need to have very thin ankles!  I know they are "in" as I have been seeing more and more kankles out there.

Ok, speaking of ankle pants... and apologies to the OP, I don't mean to highjack the thread... for those of you who don't like to go barefoot inside your shoes, what do you wear on your feet? I hate the feeling of my bare feet inside my shoes (not a problem with sandals) and those little footies never stay on.  I wear nude ankle-highs (like knee-highs but they are crew sock height) under full-length pants.  I can't wear them with ankle pants because they don't come up high enough.  If I wear knee-highs with my slim-fitting ankle pants, the pants "grab" the knee-highs and I have to tug my pant legs down, every time I stand up.  Anyone else have this problem?  I'd love to hear suggestions. TIA

Maybe silky/slippery knee highs?  Is there any such thing?

I have a few pr. of sandals that tie at the ankle. I assume they're meant to wear w/ ankle pants or wouldn't show.
