It has a narrow notched lapel, one front gold tone button, and a three button sleeve.  The pockets appear to be flap.

I looked through Nordstroms where Amy often shops, and they have quite a few to chose from.

Maybe check Zara.  She buys a lot from there too. That's where the mustard shoes she had on with the blazer were from.
