Good morning to you!!!

Just 'bout everything is shaking on me --- unfortunately!  LOL!

I was out yesterday for a bit as I had some Kohl's cash to spend and I found a couple basic and cozy sweaters which I wanted to upgrade my wardrobe.  Prices were pretty good, I thought.  

Something I thought was rather odd, but then I never get to many stores these days --- so much of their things looked very summery to me.  Lots of dresses and tops which were regularly priced and looked like new stock, but certainly did not look like fall and winter attire and I am in an area where you definitely need warm weather attire!  Perhaps this type of clothing is now the thing all year long???  

Well, anyway, I certainly am no authority on style any more!  I like to look nice but my body ain't what it used to be and I try to dress appropriately for my age as well!

What's shakin' bacon ... it's all good.    Going to be in the 70s today, currently about 55.  

Not much new on the homefront but would love to get out and about today ... the fall colors are just beautiful along the lakefront ... I'll see if I can find a picture from yesterday ...

I noticed something similar over the past year or so @AngelPuppy1   At first I thought it was related to the supply chain issues that everyone seemed to be experiencing.  It was like the iventory arrived in stores later in the season.

@SoX  I got my bivalent booster onThursday so I will be taking it easier than I normal today.  Today I'll clean the gutters around the patio because I don't have to go high up on the ladder.  It's gonna be nice around here for the next couple of days.  Tomorrow I will cut the grass/vacuum up leaves and as crazy is this sounds string up the Christmas lights on the attached garage and front porch on Monday or Tuesday.  I've let good weather get by me before and ended up freezing while stringing up holiday lights.

This is a beautiful time in Michigan with the color changes in the trees.

This morning after another cup of coffee for me (he got up before I did, there's a surprise!!!), we'll run a couple of errands, one will be to Giant Eagle for a couple of things I can't get at Aldi's, we're getting our flu shots. Had the most recent covid booster end of September so it's time for the flu shot. Then home for lunch and settle in to watch THE Ohio State Buckeyes beat the Iowa Hawkeyes in the very celebrated 100year old Ohio Stadium at high noon in the glorius sunshine. No we're not going but we can here the roar of the crown at every great play and even greater many TD's they'll put on the scoreboard.

You know --- that could be it!  And they don't want to mark all these things down yet!  I just find it so ridiculous to see rows of sundresses, etc. on the racks at regular prices!

I realize that I live in Michigan and there is supposed to be a big rivalry between my state and yours @PINKdogWOOD   I have no allegiance to either university so Go Buckeyes
