Ok ladies, some clarification:

1, I was joking

2. my husband and I don't have secrets

3. I still feel just a tad guilty about shopping, even though we have the money.
4. none of my purchases were charged, I paid off and closed my Qvc and hsn accounts last week.
5. Everything that I'm expecting is due to arrive anytime from today to Monday.

@smoochy  I think it was obvious that you were kidding.  Enjoy your haul.  🤗

I feel so sorry that you felt the need to explain.  Please disregard the Negative Nellies.  Most of us do have a sense of humor.

@smoochy I don't know if you're joking or what but I never had to "hide" my purchases of any kind from my late DH. We just had that kind of relationship where hiding things was not necessary.

Again, I don't know if you're just kidding. But I see too many women who do this and just makes me wonder...

In fact my late husband encouraged me to buy. I hopeyou are kidding because I could never live like that.

@smoochy ...I pretty much figured you were joking..I'd say the same thing.  My husband would razz me about the haul, but does not care...he never buys anything for himself...that's his problem, ha, ha.

When packages arrives he says, it's for you...again!

@HLP  Did you read my previous post where I said I was joking, and explained further?

So.  This will be the last time I try to provide comic relief on the forums. Not worth the aggravation.

@smoochy just wait because I can already envision some of the responses you are going to get.  Don't be surprised if someone doesn't tell you that if this is the way you feel, you should get a divorce.  Woman LOL:

yah I didn't think of that. No one here knows me or my sense of humor. Oh well.

@smoochy   I thought you were joking but even if I didn't none of my business and would never comment.  @Lipstickdiva   great post

Thank you for clarifying your post fairydogmother.  It sounded like an episode of "I Love Lucy" when I first read your post.

I use LOL or a smiley face when I make a joke because I'm not a professional comedian and I don't want to risk that people will take something I said in jest seriously.  Although many women actually do hide purchases from their husbands and some of those women think it's cute or amusing.

@smoochy Isn't sad that you have to explain your situation here?  I knew exactly what you meant. There are times I see where something is being delivered and darn it's usually when DH is home and jokes with me "you got another package".  Enjoy everything you ordered!! Smiley Happy

😂😂😂

@smoochy   That's too funny.  I have a best friend that used my closet for her clothing purchases' hiding place. She'd then sneak in a few things to her house at a time. If her DH noticed anything new, she's tell him "Oh no, I've had this months".

That wasn't a lie. It had been in my closet for months. 🤣
