for some fashion fad, trend or other to pass.
In the 70's it was the layered peasant skirts (I'm only 4'11" and they looked ridiculous on me).
In the 80's it was the humongous shoulder pads
In the 90's it was the dropped shoulder look (with that armhole seam halfway down to your elbow)
In the 2000's it was the tops which barely came to my middle (and remember, I'm short!)
Now coming up to 2011 I'm really hoping it's going to be the end of suitcases masquerading as handbags and handbags masquerading as "jewelry" holders.
My mother-in-law used to say "who cares what the fashion is, wear what you like" The problem is, you can't find what you like, only what everyone thinks you should like!
KISS! (Keep it simple, stupid)
