Altuzarra collection at Target

This collection launches September 24. I am not familiar with this line, but received an e-mail from Shefinds about it so I took a look:

http://www.shefinds.com/2014/photos-see-the-entire-altuzarra-x-target-collection/

A very extensive collection compared to the usual limited edition designer offerings at Target. Some really nice-looking, office-appropriate attire, as well as some outerwear, lingerie, accessories, shoes, and even some evening gowns!

I really like the snakeskin pieces and hope I can find at least one of them that fits. I love the outfit with the fitted short sleeve snakeskin top and the black full skirt.

I usually don't get too excited about these collections, but I might actually show up at opening time for this one.

Hope the prices are reasonable.

I'm pretty sure the article says the collection launches on Sept. 14.

Some very pretty stuff.

Oh wow, they really are some nice things for work, I'm going to have to put a notation on my calendar to check online.

Re: Altuzarra collection at Target

Here's a link to the look book on the Target site (with prices):

http://www.target.com/c/altuzarra-for-target-brand-shop/-/N-556tx#?lnk=snav_rd_altuzarra&orginalSear...

On my list are the green python print blouse and matching flounce skirt and the sleeveless python print T and black flounce skirt. I also like the python print jacket and pencil skirt, but I don't need that much python and those pieces would get less use.

Will also try on the black sleeveless blouse with the white tie if it's available in my size.

Looking forward to seeing the quality. I really hope some of these pieces work for me.

Doesn't matter who the designer is....It's Target and he fabrics used will reflect that.

Gotta love a fashion snob. I have fashions from Target that have held up well for many years.

In comparison, I have tops from Jones New York that have only lasted one season. NOT a good value but hey, I'm sure all my coworkers were impressed by the label. {#emotions_dlg.blink}

So what if it's Target. I agree that if one is on the hunt for seasonless clothing which will last for several years I would not send them to Target. However, if the shopper is on looking for very trendy items which are created to be out of style and done after one season, then why not save a few bucks and buy at Target.
