I love boatneck tops  and dresses and wear them a lot and find them more flattering that the other necklines. Cute dress just not for me.

If the model is way too tall for the length of the dress then I’d say the dress has possibilities. If the dress is actually supposed to be that short then it is a big NAY.

The boots just look stupid.

Nice modest dress for a young woman. Imo without the boots. Dressy pair of flats or low heels would be cute.

Nothing I would choose to wear at any age.  Way too uncomfortable to wear from the airport to the holiday dinner or anywhere these days for that matter.
