Does anyone know anything about this brand?  I have seen it on line and liked some of the things I saw.  I usually buy Investments and known brands such as Eileen Fisher, IC Collections and some Giana Bini, Antonio Melani but not Alex Marie.

I particularly think perhaps @ECBG might have some information but anyone who does, I appreciate your input.  Thank you in advance.

I have several of the Alex Marie blouses, cotton, poly.  They are great quality.

This brand is carried by most of your high end stores.

@Zhills  Thank you for your response.  I saw several things on line that I like.  I have never worn them, not sure why.  I saw a cute, cute dress that I think has my name on it.  I no longer like going in a store (like I did a few years ago) and looking for hours at clothes, jewelry, shoes, handbags.

I like to have something in mind and go for it.  When it does not fit or the quality is not there, I am disappointed.  So, I thankfully, we have this forum, to depend on those "sisters" who have purchased items, to seek opinions and trust that.  Rarely am I let down.

Again, thank you.

@NonametodayRemember  "Charlotte" in "S*x And The City"?  Alex Marie was Dillard's own brand and it was considered very "lady like".  Think "Jackie O".

I have seen a very few sweaters and things I liked.

All of Dillards own brands are very high quality with Antonio Melanio  being the premier upscale fashionable line.

Gianni Bini being the equal for the 20's to 30's (maybe) group.

Investments is their ok career wear.  It looks nice, not "cheap".  If you need to wear a jacket or nice sweaters and shirts, but you don't need the more "LUX" items, this works well and launders nicely.

Westbound is their casual line, also good for staying at home.  They wash well (still size up in tops for a hot dryer).  I'm wearing one of their crew neck tees right now.  I love them more than any other for winter!Smiley Happy

@ECBG  Thank you for responding.  You are not going to believe this or you might.  I have a two-piece suit (duster-length coat) and a pencil skirt that I was just moving from my closet to another closet (moving winter out and spring in) and saw that beautiful suit and guess what!  It is Alex Marie and all along (I have had it for about 3 years), I thought it was Vince Camuto.  Not sure why I thought that.  They must be close to one another in my store.  I did have several VC jackets from Dillard's but this was not but for some reason I had convinced myself that it is.  It is a very lovely suit.

Dress I like, Alex Marie Cassandra.  I also like a floral print, Martha.  Two I might have to pull the trigger for.

@NonametodayYou're so welcome.  Alex Marie is beautiful.  There are also Alex Marie sandals for when you want to dress up more.  I loved my discount there for the year I worked there.  I got $2,000 in clothes and $300 in shoes for my achievements.

@ECBG   I should have gone to work at Dillard's in Fashion!  I love their clothing, their makeup and best of all their shoe department.

@Nonametoday,I really loved it.  The problem was, their flow (of customers) is SO slow,  it reminded me of a bowling alley.
