Ah Bras discovery

Purchased mine MANY years ago and threw two of them in the trash. Here's what I have discovered -- please correct me if I'm wrong.

First -- mine is made of nylon/spandex. It is WAY too small at first out of the washing machine... however, are all spandex styles like this? As I wear it, it conforms to my body and is extremely comfortable for wearing around the house and sleeping. At this stage of my life I now fill it out! lol I would never depend upon this bra for providing me with an "uplifted shape" or body contouring in any sense of the word. Once I tried on a Spanx "ah bra" which was extremely comfortable but no shaping. Now I'm wondering if I should have downsized?
