Re: Affirmation t shirt?

[ Edited ]

Not my style, and way overpriced. I also stopped wearing shirts with messages on them long ago. You could probably grab a shirt very similar to this at Old Navy for $8-$10.

I also don't think it's a flattering style in general. It looks like a pajama/lounge top, definitely something I'd never wear out of the house, but TETO.

I am also surprised at this TSV. It's definitely an outlier when you think about past and recent fashion TSVs. I know QVC members want variety and new brands and products, but I'm pretty sure this isn't what most had in mind.

I don't wear clothes with words or messages on them.

I don't think I'm in the demographics they are aimed at.  After saying that I could not wear anything about blessing or blessed

Affirmation T's are dated looking to me. I am not a fan anyway but they just don't look current IMO.

The I Love Summer would probably make a cute sleep T for the summer months but at that price it's out of the question.

Sounds like some of you could benefit from the message her clothing sends.

I think it's Qvc's attempt to be relevant to younger women.  Good luck with that....lol   I'm 57, I don't want to walk around with a slogan plastered to my chest.

If this is the accepted style for tees now, I'll go through my boxes and find mine w/ Bee Gees, Michael Bolton and Neil Diamond...at least they meant something to me. They weren't empty, overused words.

I am definitely not getting such a visceral response like puking but like another poster said above, the whole message of "these clothes inspiring someone to be all they can be with energy of love," is disingenuous. Fashion may invoke confidence or creativity but they don't make you a better person. If you are buying for this reason, save your money and get a therapist or give to a charity. At least these are appropriate steps toward becoming a better person. I like the sayings and the style would be cute for the gym, but that's about it. At the end of the day it's a line of clothing QVC sells. Nothing wrong with that, but let's just call it what it is.
