I think it's dark and heavy for summer and it is not a dressy top.  I wouldn't wear it with flowy pants or to a dressy event.

Thanks for the great ideas, ladies!

 

I'm going to keep looking. Whatever I choose has to be easy care, because I'll be sitting in a car for at least 2 hours before arriving.

 

In any case, you all gave me some great advice and inspiration to keep looking.
