Looks like a dress to me and I like it - but don't normally wear dresses or clothing more dressy except for an occasional wedding.

It's beautiful. IMO, it's too long, but still beautiful. In my younger days, I loved wearing a long (not this long) blazer with a short-ish skirt with heels.

It is stunning, but needs to be on a very thin person with small bust and shoulders.

Unfortunately that lets me out on all counts.

I would have worn it in a heartbeat in the early seventies.
