Everyone has their own individual/personal.style and taste.   Lots of people follow trends.  I don't.  

I don't want to dress like anyone / everyone else.  All I have to hear is "5,000 sold today" and I cringe!

I make granny square and granny hexagon sweaters.  And I've made a couple of granny square coats. 

I've even taught others how to make them.   

I currently working on a granny square 3/4 length sweater in a gradient yarn.

I'll bet your items are beautiful.

I love Granny Squares and have a beautiful afghan made for me by a very special person.  It is over 50 years old and looks brand new.

I never learned how to crochet and tried a few times.  Just couldn't get the hang of it
