Hope everyone had a great time last weekend with their company visiting and/or Labor Day plans.

Today I’m hurrying out EARLY to the grands activities!

It’s football season and that means outdoor time lol!

I ordered the KG white top with sequin sleeves…it’s here but have not tried it on yet hoping it fits and looks good.

Good morning @LTT1   Not much happening for me today, tomorrow a friend and I are going to an juried art show about an hour away.  I hope the weather stays nice.

@LTT1   @Mom2Dogs   Good morning! I'm watching Leah this morning..don't usually tune in, but think I need a few tops or a blazer type jacket. 

I was in a juried show last weekend. Have fun @Mom2Dogs and drive carefully.

Today it's pouring rain and 76 after a sunny 93 yeasterday. Crazy jump in temps!!!

Wegman's later and laundry. The washer/dryer here is smaller than I'm used to so feel like it's laundry or towels very often. Then a trip to the art store to look at brushes.

Good Saturday morning! I absolutely love the change in temperatures and the different scent as the earth gets ready to sleep. I shopped in my favorite local store yesterday: got a bittersweet/tiny pumpkins wreath to place around one of my VPH pumpkins I've had for years, and a fall flower bunch to put in my basket on the front door. After not being able to find the perfect wreaths, I opted for the basket except for Christmas. Like the waffle knit dual tops but then saw they were polyester so have to pass, this old sweaty body doesn't wear polyester well. Getting a new refrigerator Tuesday so will work on making plans to clean the old one out today and get a cooler ready for my food. I know, I know, I live a very exciting life. Enjoy these final days of summer!

Me too...this washer/dryer doesn't hold as much as the ones I used for years back in the old place. But I really don't mind doing smaller loads.

Pulled off a coup yesterday! 🏆 
I asked for a storage locker and GOT ONE!

Got the key and I’m hiding it from anyone else!

The elevators are out in my building.

it is a major inconvenience too. In order to carry heavy things in and out I have to either plan carefully or not bring them into my place.

The office manager said (in an email) "if you need help with anything just let us know".

It dawned on me that I had really wanted one of those storage units but didn't want to incur additional monthly charges.

Got one!

@LTT1   We have 2 elevators and one's been out since we moved in. Congrats on the storage space. We have one next to our apartment and it's a true convenience. They keep saying they're waiting for parts from OTIS.

May I suggest a rolling cart. I keep one in my car to tote groceries inside...when I can get the elevator...going up the stairs with an armful is a NO.

Good Saturday morning all!

It rained so hard the other night when I came out to my car it looked like it was washed and waxed saved me a car wash and the grass and flowers needed it badly.

Speaking of art shows one of my favorite things and museums, it's been a while, I think before COVID.

Happy 30th Anniversary to Leah!!!  I am watching the last hour since I just woke up.  I am eyeballing that beautiful satin blouse by Beautiful in ivory and the blue but haven't caved yet.

No outside plans today instead I will do a little work around the house maybe now that fall is around the corner.  I do love and enjoy  having four seasons.

Good morning, all  ... "it's a beautiful day in the neighborhood" this morning, with a high temp of 67 predicted ... love, love it!

I saw that satin blouse, too @Luvitorleaveit1 ... nice!  I did a little splurging, however, on the Nicole Miller jacket and pants below.   I went a bit on the "wild side"  ... will be going to brunch at a casino next month and plan to wear it then.

ETA:  I went back and ordered the black, as well ... so that I can interchange the tops and pants.

It's already 82° at 8am...and going up to 100 today.  Humidity is really HIGH for PHX because we had a surprise 1 inch downpour on the 4th.   

Muggy weather won't stop me from my usual Saturday shopping expedition, tho!
