@lolakimono  I had a nice day on Sunday.  My sister went overboard and spoiled me with presents and then we spent time together and did some shopping on her day off (Tuesday).

The last year I taught before retiring, the philosophy had changed... it seemed ok to toss stuff by then. The department leader had changed; she wasn't one to keep stuff.

Because I taught math, they thought oh good we will just keep the manipulatives in her room. (blocks, etc) 

What a mess and so many students per classroom so I wasn't real keen on trying to use those.

Now with Covid and sanitizing, I cannot imagine trying to keep everything germ free!

Never saw a mouse, but skunks were sometimes a problem! Didn't see them but their lovely "perfume".
