I especially love the detail along the back of the jacket @SoX   My only concern is the fringe; do you think they will curl up and drive you nutcakes?

I've been documenting the fence saga in the May and now June bird nests threads @SoX   I have never had such an awful experience hiring someone to do work in my life.  This new guy yesterday is a new hire project manager who's only been with the company 3 days.  The owner can send as many clowns as he wants - he's ultimately responsible as co-owner.

@Carolina925   I'm sorry to read that your best friend's beloved has entered hospice care.  I pray that the rest of his journey is peaceful and without pain.

Re: AM Style Chat: June 3, 2023

Good morning,

It is 52 degrees in RI today after hitting 80 something yesterday.  Had some wicked thunderstorms late yesterday and last night and woke up to a much cooler day!   It is New England so like they say here, if you don't like the weather, wait a minute........

Only shopping I did was a couple days ago on HSN as the clearance shows had great bargains!   Bought a few items, also got free shipping so yay for me!   Programming today doesn't seem too interesting so I'm just going to do some laundry and cooking with some music in the background.

Whatever your days holds I hope it's a good oneSmiley Happy

I hope the fringe on the jacket has been "road tested" @Bird mama  ... you'd think I'd know better by now ... I have at least four other jackets with fringe, but they are real leather and suede.  I had one other jean jacket but my granddaughter "appropriated" it.

Re: AM Style Chat: June 3, 2023

Good morning. I'm preparing a large donation of clothes, shoes, purses and some other items for the thrift store today. Need to get it over there before the big storms roll in. Typical central Florida summer-steamy heat and afternoon storms. Heavier rain here in the Tampa Bay Area due to tropical disturbance in the Gulf.
I'm on a clothes/accessories spending diet. Have been overspending and need to put the brakes on for a while. Thinking about putting some purses and wallets on Poshmark to recoup a few bucks.

Spent yesterday at the town pool I walk alot there having issues with my feet so walking is a chore, watched my hubby swim laps for 30 minutes, it was hot as blazes. We escaped most of the storms predicate last evening, had to dine in doors at our local Mexican restaurant, had my hair cut then dinner and home by 7 it was a fun evening, hope you are all doing well

I have been off the boards for a while, so I am glad to read you are up and about @I am still oxox!. I have "bad" feet that I need to see a doctor about, so I can walk some more!

@Bird mama Glad to see you keep the thread going.

I think the thread is best when we post our shopping.  I will do that next week, one piece below this week.  Leah has very little, at most I find one thing that sparks any interest.

Today, I like the Zuda top A596787 zuda Z-Cool Polo Top w/ Seaming Details $29.98 (I just shop online and haven't watched the video, so maybe it looks like a dud).  But polyester tops for summer -- not so sure.  I use those for cleaning and such chores because they wash easily.  Not sure I will get.

I recently purchased the A513924 zuda Petite Basic Redefined Crop Legging for $18.50, I have already worn them and they will be good for hot days (I don't wear shorts). 90% cotton/10% spandex.  I bought petite but they may have regular too.

Re: AM Style Chat: June 3, 2023

Hi Ladies, I watched by first recording and then fast forwarding, stopping when I see something I am interested in. Nothing of interes, so I saved some money. I did go to the mall and purchased a few items from Dillards. It is getting hot here in AZ. Evenings are still nice.

My AC which is only 7 years old, a Lennox had a leak, coils rusted so almost $3000 ( included warranty) it is fixed.  Just in time for the big heat. But I love AZ, and 9 months of the year the weather is gorgeous.

Have a greta weekend!
