Morning!!!

I like the TSV but I have so many maxi dresses and i have only worn one so far this summer.  Just not my style these days.

@Skezeldog  I was thinking the same thing.  I'm in SE Michigan and I had to smile when Renee suggested wearing a legging under the dress in cold weather.  I would do that to stay warm Woman Happy  I think the dress would like good with a sweater or nice blazer over it.   I know it's a cliche but I really think this one could be dressed up or down, depending on your mood.

Good morning, Style Sisters!

And here is the ugly part of my story:

I fractured my toe! It was a "bathtub injury"! Lol

The lady who did my x-ray referred to it as "when you kicked the tub"!

This is not a pretty sight, I know. Luckily, I can wear a shoe and walk on it, so my easy exercise routine I can still do!

Is it a short set or romper @LTT1   Either way, it's a cute outfit.

@LTT1   That looks painful. Glad you are able to shoe it and walk.  Heal quickly.

@Caaareful Shopper   I can't wear solid black, especially near my face.  I'm a natural redhead with fair skin and if I wear solid back near my face I look like all that's missing is the casket and rosary.  I am considering the animal print.

@Bird mama

I ordered the animal print for the same reason as you,  the only difference being that my hair is light brownish, not red. Love the way you described it!  I always say black makes me look as if I died a week ago and someone forgot to bury me. Anyway, the animal print is already on waitlist in my size.

Re: AM Style Chat - July 16th, 2022

@shoesnbags  there must be something about our skin tone that allows black to wash us out.  I used to keep trying because I would see celebrities with red hair wearing black turtlenecks or blouses looking chic as all get out.  Took me years to realize they were bottle redheads, sigh.  I can wear tops that are patterned black and white so all is not lost Woman Very Happy

PS:  it doesn't matter if I am bare faced or in full make-up.  Actually full make-up almost makes me look more ready for the funeral director.
