Still dealing with back pains and doing a try out on a bladder relief systems. My back is tegadermed with in an inch of its life, so itchy and annoying

Well, it's now night time here so I'm late to this party, but it was almost 40 here today and for the next couple of weeks. The 10 inch ice dam on top of my roof has finally melted so"Happy Dance."

@LTT1   Sprouts seemed similar to Trader Joe's which is much closer.
