Good Morning Ladies.😃❤️

Whew!  Am I glad it's Saturday!  I had a rheumatologist appointment out of town yesterday morning so it sure was a hard trip to begin with since my upper implant surgery.  I got up at 3:30 Friday morning.  I like to have time to sit and drink some coffee before I have to start rushing around lol.😃

The Dr took mercy on me and got me in & out almost immediately.  However, on the interstate there was a truck wreck that kept us at a virtual standstill for nearly 4 hours!

When we finally reached the point where we could see what happened, thankfully there was only the truck involved and the driver seemed okay.  Looks like he might've just been tired and ran off the road.

But, about an hour later, mom's left front tire hit a newly constructed concrete barrier in a lot and it  ripped the tire apart!  It was a new tire too, less than 6 months old.  I'm afraid it damaged the rim too. 

I feel terrible that she was driving me.😔

A nice man did help us change the tire.  I had my HALO in the car, so I was able to pump up the toy tire to the required pressure.

We didn't get home til nearly midnight.  I slept until maybe 3am and have been up ever since.  My mouth hurts and I feel so bad over the traffic and tire, I'm a nervous wreck.  I   wish I'd had someone else who could've helped drive me.

Hopefully, I'll get to nap a little bit today.  Heaven knows I need too lol.  Sorry for burdening you with this bummer news.  Sometimes, I think it just feels better to be able to get things off your chest.❤️

Which pair, if any, do you prefer in the Driftwood corduroy bootcut pants?  I've been wanting to try this brand.  They actually have my size and they're long enough!😃❤️

Im leaning toward the black or tan, but I know I'd probably get more wear from the blue.  I really wish the tan were plain or more tonal cause I really do like the color.

These are too expensive for me to try more than one right now.

That new Belle by Kim Gravel Ponte Dress w/Faux Leather Blouson Sleeves looks -- unfortunate -- even on Kim.

The faux leather looks stiff and thick and so fake.  Kim keeps putting her hands in her pockets at the hips because it's pulling aginst her and looks too snug.  But it's the arms that just amaze me.

I can't imagine wearing a dress with faux leather sleeves.  Just not at all appealing to me.

@Krimpette   Agreed.  Plus, I stay away from fashion that has faux leather trim or panels or things like those sleeves.  They always use the cheapest version of faux leather when it's only a small part of the item.  I've been burned twice.  One to two years after purchasing something faux trimmed, and the faux peels and cracks or develops permanent lines in it.

Do you ladies like this ginger color or would I look like a scarecrow?  Please be honest.  I do love the pant color, just not sure of only autumnal embroidery colors.  I really want to try a pair that will match lots of shirts.  Thanks.😃❤️

@cheriere I love the first option, the butterscotch color. I wish they made these jeans in shorter lengths.  I'd be all over them in a second.  I did buy a pair of their denim with embroidery last year but only wore them once.  I feel like they overpowered me on my 5 ft. Frame.

Im so sorry they'd be too long for you.  The length is actually one if the main reasons I liked them.  I need at least a 32.  I love cords too.  I used to have a bootcut pair in that ginger color, but without the embroidery several years ago.  I wore them all the time.

Since I wear mostly jeans in the fall and winter, this color on the bottom really goes nicely with all of my regular blue denim jackets.  

I just can't decide which color and since I've been ill and lost weight,  my little size sells out almost immediately.  
I like them all!  But, since I now dress so casually, i need a pair that would look best with my denim jackets.  Black is nice too...but so is the navy lol.

Which do you like best & if you were me which would you get?
