Good morning, I am watching am style still in bed.  Hurricane Debby is  making me lazy.  Love Leah's outfit especially the plaid blouse.

Oh well time for breakfast and much needed coffee.

Found a healthy alternative yesterday to junky fast food!

A place called Salud specializes in juices blended up in healthy ways!

Here is the menu...I had the "Jane Goodall"...brought it home and added protein and collagen!

One of the reasons I am excited about finding this is because my little DGD has entered the phase of being interested in eating for health. I hope to encourage this idea for her!

Busy day for me.  I have to go pick up my meds for my surgery on Tuesday and then do a bunch of laundry.  What fun lol.

Good morning friends!   If anyone gets bored with Josie's TSV today Iman has the TS on HSN.   Fair amount of fashion over there today.  I'll watch for a while this morning then I have things to do before heading out for an early dinner later and a fun evening of outside music.........finally some beautiful weather to enjoy

@cheriere -good luck at the dentist.  I hope not to see my dentist for a while since I had so much work done earlier this year.  I still have a balance after my insurance paid that I need to work down.

Iman has a tsv on HSN, faux suede blazer. I like the charcoal.  Iman always brings nice items.

Thank you so much for your kind words about the dentist.  I'm really dreading it lol.  However, the bill is unquestionably always the worst part!  I hope you don't have to go back for a very long time too.
