@Bird mama

The Southwestern vibe of the embroidery would look especially great for our ladies who love and wear Southwestern jewelry!

we are in the process of making plans to move to PA.(grands)

When we go up next time, DD lined us up with a realtor, who is a friend.

Our plans are just beginning!

I was JUST about the post the same thing, IG, when I saw your post ... except the no-collar stops me in my tracks.   I suppose one could wear a T-neck under it in the fall/winter, though.

Tolani’s top is $68.28. By the time I pay sh + tax it’s $75.00 and she says it’s an everyday top!  I can not wear a $75 top for everyday! I think the Q is getting so over the top price wise. It takes a 100 dollar bill for just simple things anymore.  Ok I’ll get off my box now.

Like a reverse migration, going from warm to cold in retirement, LOL.   I understand about being near family, though.

Good luck with your planning and eventual move ... let us know how things go.

Oh my @LTT1   have you lived in TX your whole life?

There are many elements: wind, fire, water
But none quite like the element of surprise

I wear a lot of plaid shirts in the winter but I buy them at LLBean or Eddie Bauer or Duluth Trading.. Heavier flannel and they always have sales.  Since I usually have a jacket on when its cold, I don't think anyone would even see that embroidery.
