@Bird mama Ah coffee! I'mso jealous...waiting for my cup of my Joe. Wonder how that name came about? Anyone know? Trying to cut back on the 1/2 and 1/2...went to fat free, but tastes awful. Life's too short. I only drink 2 cups a day and may as well enjoy it. Sometimes DH makes cappacinos in the morning, cinnamon, too. Yum.

No fashion to discuss, but I do have a nail product recommendation. I have always had awful nails. Plus anxiety, not a good combination.

I have tried everything. I tried something new that's keratin based. CND Rescue Rxx, and this week I bought their Solar Oil. I am also using vitamin E oil on my hands and nails. So far it's all working well.

I'm sorry to hear you are not doing well...we have anxiety in our family too...DD and yes, me.

I thought I'd also add this...found out by accident about my nails (and skin)

I always mention that I have a skin condition called "Lichen". So, I've tried various when I get little spots anywhere.

I found out when using diaper cream (Desitin) which is really zinc oxide that it got in and under my nails. By accident it made my nails strong snd whiter!

When I stopped using the cream recently, my nails reverted to thin and tearing easily.💚

Yesterday, there were probably 15 robins in my front yard. Here in Tennessee, we have robins and cardinals year round but that many robins at one time was unusual. In the winter, I get chickadees and t it mice. They are such pretty, regal little birds. We have an owl in our woods but I've never seen him. I need to join your bird's nest chat!🦉

Sorry that you aren't doing well.💐 Do you think that vitamin E oil would help my peeling and chapped hands? I have Reynaud's syndrome in my hands and all this hand washing and sanitizer has done a lot of damage.

My favorite store for 20 years- Christopher and Banks has filed for bankruptcy. I'm so disappointed. 😫 We lost Penney's, Sears and KMart over the last few years here in our town and now Bed, Bath and Beyond is closing.
