Re: A470129 Isaac Mizrahi Top

I admit I fall for the sales pitches & "deals" that are promoted  more often then not  & add items to my cart. I get caught up hoping to get a bargain before it sells out. LOL ...( yeah I know ) . I have learned now that the reviews are everthing for me! What a reality check indeed!  I can't tell you how many items I now remove from the cart after taking the few minutes to read the reviews - that is unless the Q somehow loses them

@Goodie2shoes  Absolutely I read the reviews of any product.  I have seen items here deeply discounted, read the reviews and realized why!  The bad reviews have kept me from ordering many items.

It looked cute and sold out during the show. Now, all colors are available in most sizes. I like the button detail, but I always wear something over my shirts, so no one would see it anyway. Also, Amy looks good in everything — me, not so much.

I have had no issues with his pima cotton tops and the washer/dryer, but I haven’t bought any regular cotton tees from him.

I like to easily throw my clothes in the washer and dryer. I always buy my cotton shirts a size or two larger than my actual size due to shrinkage in the dryer.

@Goodie2shoes

I definitely read the reviews.  If an item isn't at least 4 stars I shy away.  The shipping to Hawaii is expensive so it does not pay for me to have to return an item.  A typical clothing item is $9 or more to ship to me, so to add on another $6.95 to return it, just isn't worth it for me to try something that doesn't get rave reviews.  I have a number of QVC clothing items in my closet that are "return worthy", so I typically end up donating those items.  Needless to say I'm really putting on the breaks ordering fashion items from QVC.

I also agree with @Kachina624 about the IM shirts.  I find myself going back to D&C because they are more trustworthy & really hold up well for years.  IM...not so much.  Some of my newer IM shirts look more worn-out than my D&C shirts that are years older.
