These are pretty jeans, but, forget the non stretch waist. I don't want to wear zippers and buttons.  Not cheap either, but, pretty and different.

To each their own I will never wear pull on jeans

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive what could go right.

A friend said those very words .. until she got arthritis in her fingers.  Forget about zippers ... she can't even button a shirt now without a button hook.

Only reason I don't like that style is because the button shows thru your top and the zipper makes it looks like you got a hernia or something. When you sit down the button sticks you in the gut. Just to cumbersome.

All my jeans are pull-on because I have lost the use of my hands to do buttons and zippers. Plus, my shoes are mostly slip-ons or have velcro. Never would have thought I'd be here saying this when I was younger and free from disabilities.

@SeaMaiden

D&C and Bob Mackie both had embroidered jeans ... I had some too.  They are long gone!

I love embroidered jeans if they are done well....and just for fun!  Have you ever seen Johnny Was clothing, a go-to for casual and luxe embroidery but then I'm also an Eileen Fisher fan.  So I enjoy my play clothes as well as classic (sometimes with an edge) and usually in black or white or cream.  I'm pretty consistent.
