I have been chomping at the bit for a full foldover turtleneck, and was thrilled when these finally posted. I ordered the black and sienna.
Black is great - fit is good, and it has a nice high turtleneck and those beautiful cuffs.
Sienna - I ordered an XS and must have received an XL that the packaging people oversteamed and then ran over with one of the factory carts for good measure. It is a joke - giant marks in the front, all smashed and disheveled looking It's obviously going back.
I think the sienna has a little more of a yellow undertone than is good my skin. I won't be replacing the improperly tagged sienna turtleneck.
I like these turtlenecks and they fit well in my ordinary size, but they are much thinner than A210360 (The Sweater of all Sweaters, just in case you don't know!).
If these are truly every needle rib, the gauge of the yarn is lighter than I expected.
Now, for anyone else who got theirs - can you describe the color of the peacock version for me? Does it have a any green or dusty undertone, or is it a bright mallard-y blue like the poly jacquard top with the removable cowl?

I am planning on ordering the gray just to give it a try (definitely do not need anymore t-necks). Thanks for the review.

Hi Favorite Son...Do you have the Topaz or Nutmeg to compare Sienna to? I am anxiously awaiting mine and wondering where Sienna is in this color grouping. I have a suede skirt Louis did several years ago with fringe down one side and I am hoping Sienna is the tonal color match for that skirt.

I do not have anything even remotely close to those colors. They are way outside my color range. The sienna is darker and redder, but it also has a muddy undertone. I was looking for something like burnt red, and this isn't quite there. I might try it on again tomorrow in daylight before sending it back just to be sure it won't work. If the peacock is not a bright blue I might be able to select that instead.

Guess you didn't order the Mahogany WK sweater. I did and love the rich deep color but I wear turquoise jewelry to bright up around my face. Sounds like Sienna is in that color range only lighter. I'm taking a chance and trying, but I do hate to pay those shipping charges if I order something and it doesn't work for me. I have too many black and ivory WKs and do occasionally step out and try something different.

Sorry about the shipping issues. Geez. How does that even happen? smh
I have the LDO sweater you mentioned in cadet blue and grey and I agree--it's the "sweater of all sweaters." I don't mind a thinner version, so we shall see. Are you in the "summer" color range?

FS, too bad about the sienna TN. I received the black today in my usual WK top size (XS) and the fit is great. I am considering either the sienna or the peacock.

Favorite Son...I so agree with you. This is a lighter weight (thinner) sweater than the previous A210360. I did a test with my husband . I received this sweater this evening and placed on the bed along with A210360 and asked my husband to pick them up and tell me if they felt the same or if one was heavier. He immediately commented that A210360 was definitely a heavier sweater. I really like this sweater, ordered in grey and sienna (a little lighter color than mahogany, a light brown/red) but I am going to have to exchange for a larger size, which I have never done before. All my WK sweaters are medium but you can see my girls in every detail. That won't work.

I received my black TN yesterday. My usual size fits well. But, to be honest, it seems like a hybrid of two fabulous sweaters - A72448 the original WK turtleneck and A210360 the original WK sweater with rib detail. To be honest, this one is OK, but I prefer both originals. Definitely feels lighter in weight.

Thanks for the review. I'm passing---more money for other Linea items.
